Despite initially refusing, surgeon Hideki Kaji accepts a 5,000 yen job, offered by Akira Kanbara, to spend a night as an on-call doctor at a mysterious and lonely hospital in the mountains. Sensing from the beginning that something bad was happening there and after strange things had happened to him, especially after seeing the ghost of a girl, he decides to investigate the origin of that despite being scared to death. There he will discover more than he ever wanted and finally he must save a person's life as a surgeon. Not everything is what it seems!

Main Characters

Masanobu Katsumura as Hideki Kaji (53) He is so good that he is called a "laparoscopic magician", but he is a dirty surgeon for money. Since he chose money over title and power, his career is slower than the same period. Due to his cooperation in the operation of Michiko Daimon, he was relegated to the "Takamatsu 24th Branch of the Teito Medical University Hospital" and suffered many inconveniences. Therefore, he is called a "demon" and treated as a plague. In this spin-off, he was rushed to a high reward of 500,000 yen per night and was in charge of a one-night shift at "Honokura Hospital" in the mountains. Frightened by the spirit of the girl who is whispered, she faces her on duty ...!?

Ryoko Yonekura as Michiko Daimon (41)Freelance surgeon. While belonging to the "Kamihara Meiyo Introductory Office", he travels to various hospitals. Absolutely adhere to working hours. He does not undertake any chores that do not require a doctor's license, and remains indifferent to the power struggle in the hospital. The rewards for surgery are orders of magnitude higher, but the arms are top notch. I have a bad deal with the people in the medical office because I express my opinion clearly. He has an unfriendly attitude toward Hideki Kaji, but he admits his skill as a surgeon.

Kazunori Kishibe as Akira Kanbara (70)Director of "Kamihara Meiyo Introductory Office" to which Michiko Daimon belongs. An existence that unknown child longs for as a "master". A former surgeon, but a man with many mysteries, such as being stripped of his doctor's license in the past. He is also familiar with the inside of the university hospital and is busy with sales. My hobby is mahjong. He was once affected by a serious illness that was not indicated for surgery, but was saved by the operation of an unknown child.

Kenichi Takito as Toru Kitano (43)Surgeon at "Wang Super International Clinic" in Shanghai. Although he was originally from "Toei University", he was treated coldly by the professors because he was a poor student when he was a student and a trainee. After that, I went to the United States alone. He earned a reputation for his steady efforts, gained fame, and made a triumphant return to the "Totei University Hospital" with a lot of noise. However, disappointed by the low level of Japanese professors, he was pulled out by Wang Cho and went to Shanghai. The surgery is careful and polite. Occasionally speaks strange English.
